Recommended Meditations

This is a complete list of all the meditations that I recommend based on guided sessions that I have enjoyed.

I have mostly used YouTube but on occasion I have used the, Insight Timer, app on my iPhone.

As you try each of the guided meditations you may enjoy them get the same understandings that I was able to. There is a possibility that you may find other meditations more helpful, by the same guide.

My hope is that each meditation will bring you to awareness, stillness of the mind and help awaken you to your purpose.
