This twice Baked Potatoes with Egg recipe is very delicious! You must try it once.

This breakfast is for the people like me. Who always in hurry. Those who always skip their breakfast for being late or any other reason. This easy to make recipe is perfect for us

Ingredients:

2 potatoes

1 onion

4 eggs

4 cloves of garlic

100 g cheese

2 tbsp olive oil or 1 tbsp butter

Fresh chives

Salt

Ground black pepper

How to make Twice Baked Potato with Egg Breakfast

So first Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Clean the potatoes and put them in the oven rack for 30–40 minutes until until potatoes are tender through the center. After that remove potatoes from oven.

Now take a frying pan heat oil or butter over medium high heat. Saute the onion with garlic for about 5 minutes until soft.

When the potatoes are cool sufficient to handle cut potatoes in half the long way and then scoop the insides out of each clearing out approximately 1/4 inch shell of potato tissue and skin. Include the scooped-out potato tissue, ground cheese, salt and pepper into the skillet and mix well to combine.

Now place the potato shells on the preparing sheet and feel them with the blend. Press the blend with a spoon so a entire is shaped to form space for the eggs.

Sprinkle chives on beat and break an egg on best of each stuffed potato. Cook at 200°C (400°F) for 10–15 minutes until the egg is set.
